设置垃圾邮件过滤器 Outlook 配置

Outlook will manage about spam email

1. Start menu Tools > Rules and Alerts

2. Click New Rule to manage the email

3. Click New Rule > Rules Wizard > Step 1 : Select a template > click "Move messages with specific words in the subject to folder" > Next

4. Step 2 : Edit the rule description > click "with specific words in the subject"

Add the word to search for in the subject > insert [SPAM] > Add

Step 2 : Edit the rule description > specific words > click "move it to the specific folder" > select folder that move email spam to Junk E-mail
 

The detail of Step 2 : Edit the rule description will show as follows

Then click Finish. When you received the email spam, outlook will move messages with specific words in the subject to folder junk e-mail automatically.
